设计理念：
原厂房室内空间尺寸为长120米，宽42米，高度为7.5米。新建办公室位于厂房室内东北角，占地范围长约40米，宽约15米，该范围内有两个主出入口，分别为北1门和东1门。厂房室内黑色钢结构柱跨，银灰色彩钢板墙面及条窗。
Design Description:
The original factory interior space measures 120m in length, 42m in width, 7.5m height. The office is located in the northeast corner of the factory, occupying an area about 40m long and 15m wide. Within this area, there are two main entrances, North Gate 1 and East Gate 1. The interior of the factory features black steel structural columns, silver-gray color steel panel walls, and strip windows.
设计要求：
室内需加建配套办公区，其功能包含展览展示、实验室、办公室、会议室、就餐区、茶水室、休息区以及交流空间等。
Design requirements:
The Office extension is an office complex area, it includes exhibition area, laboratories, offices, meeting rooms, dining areas, a pantry, a lounge, and communication spaces.
设计概念：
基于设计需求，其功能空间主要分为两大类，第一类为与生产相关的各类实验室、监控室、以及工人的更衣与休息区，第二类为与管理相关的办公、会议与洽谈，设计将这两类空间分别通过不同的标高布局于一二层，功能与流线相对独立，同时将一部带有企业LOGO亮绿色的楼梯“插入”办公区体量，满足一二层交通联系的同时成为厂房里的一个放大IP，参观人员从楼梯二楼平台，可以以最佳视角俯瞰厂房的生产空间。
休息区兼吸碳砖产品展示区，所有的用餐台、水池以及地面都以厂内生产的成品砖进行砌筑。以最直接的形式向参观者展示不同阶段的实验室生产成果、产品展示、用途展示、综合利用以及创意发挥等。
Design Concept:
Based on the design requirements, the function are divided into two categories. The first category includes various laboratories, monitoring rooms, and workers' closets and rest areas, which are related to the factory production. The second category includes offices, meeting rooms, discussion area etc, which are related to the management of the factory. These two types of spaces are arranged separately on the first and second floors by different levels, this ensures a clear function zoning and independence of different flows.
A bright green staircase featuring the company logo is "inserted" into the office volume, serving as a connection between the first and second floors while acting as a prominent visual element in the factory. From the staircase's platform, visitors can enjoy an optimal view of the factory's production area from higher level.
The resting area is made by carbon-absorbing bricks, which is this factory’s products. The space is exhibition area as well. All dining tables, sinks, and flooring are constructed by using bricks produced within the factory. These direct showcases is the best way to display to the visitoes a various stages of laboratory production outcomes, finished new product displays, usage demonstrations, integrated applications and creative implementations.
