设计说明:

品鉴厅作为波龙堡酒庄的重要展示空间，是酒庄品牌形象的直接体现，不仅展现酒庄的品牌文化、历史传承和独特魅力，加深消费者对酒庄品牌的认知和记忆，同时为消费者提供品鉴红酒，学习一二三产的相关知识，同时享受高品质的服务体验。

Design Description:
The Tasting Hall serves as an essential showcase space for Bolongbao Winery, directly reflecting the winery's brand image. It not only highlights the brand culture, historical heritage, and unique charm of the winery, deepening consumers' recognition and memory of the brand but also provides a space for consumers experience, such as tasting wines, learning about the wine industries, and enjoying a high-quality service experience.

设计过程：

       1. 重置室内空间，室内原有所有附属构筑物全部予以拆除，将原有的坡屋顶大空间完整呈现出来。

       2. 巧妙的将+1.5标高的办公流线，以及-1.5米的酒窖标高流线，通过一座观演楼梯汇聚到±0标高上（品酒厅标高），通过这一改造，解决了原来斜穿大厅的办公人流，为品酒厅提供更加安静合理的空间。

       3. 服务岛台、步入式酒窖、文化展示是品酒厅三大核心功能，设计将这三大功能布局于流线关键节点处，文化展示作为串联功能的主线，融入其中，来访者参观、品酒、体验、学习的过程中，深入了解品牌历史、创始人故事以及葡萄酒品鉴与酿造的知识。

Design Process:

      1. Reconfiguring the Interior Space: Removing all the existing to restore and fully present the original large space of the pitched roof.

      2. Streamlining Circulation: The office circulation at +1.5 m level and the wine cellar at -1.5m level were ingeniously connected to the ±0 elevation (the wine tasting hall level) through an amphitheater-style staircase. This modification resolved the issue of office traffic cutting diagonally across the hall, creating a quieter and functional space for the tasting hall.

      3. Core Functional Layout: Three core functions — a service island, a walk-in wine cellar, and cultural displays area — were strategically positioned at key circulation nodes. Cultural displays serve as the main linking elements through these functions, seamlessly integrating into the space. During the visit, guests can explore, taste wines, experience and learn about the brand's history, the founder's story, and knowledge of wine tasting and winemaking.
